Why Arvanic

A structured first step, not a scramble

Traditional workplace investigations are slow, expensive, and resource-intensive. Arvanic gives you a guided, well-documented way to respond from the first step.

Without Arvanic

Manual scheduling, interviewing, and transcription across multiple participants

Outside professional support can be costly and may require broad initial scoping

Manual coordination of calendars, locations, note-takers, and follow-ups

Inconsistent question depth — critical details missed, gaps discovered too late

Reviewing written responses for potential safety concerns is another manual step

With Arvanic

Participants complete interviews on their own schedule through a secure link

A structured first step before outside spend — engage counsel or investigators only when needed, and with a narrower scope

One platform handles invitations, interviews, follow-ups, safety monitoring, and report generation

AI flags possible gaps and suggests targeted follow-up questions — you stay in control

Each new written response is screened for potential safety concerns; detected concerns create alerts

Start Without Scheduling Delays

Traditional investigations can stall on scheduling alone. Arvanic reduces that back-and-forth. Participants receive a secure link and complete their interview when it works for them — no phone tag, no conference room bookings, no transcription delays. The investigation can begin without waiting for everyone to find a shared time and location.

A Structured First Step

Arvanic gives employers a structured, well-documented way to begin: collect the facts, organize the record, and decide whether outside counsel or an investigator is needed. When outside help is appropriate, the organized early record can support a more focused handoff.

A Consistent Workflow

Arvanic applies the same structured workflow to each participant. Its AI-assisted system flags possible information gaps, suggests follow-up questions, and screens written responses for potential safety concerns. The Case Manager remains responsible for deciding what to ask and how to respond.

Arvanic provides a repeatable way to collect information, organize the record, and identify areas that may need follow-up. Its time-stamped activity record and AI-assisted prompts support the Case Manager's work without making credibility, legal, or employment decisions.

How Arvanic works

From workplace complaint to professional investigation record

From intake to final report, Arvanic guides you through a structured investigation process designed for consistency and thoroughness.

1

Start an Investigation

Select the investigation type, describe the situation, and set it up in minutes.

2

Invite Participants

Add complainants, responding parties, and witnesses. Each receives a secure, single-use interview link — no accounts needed.

3

AI-Assisted Interviews

4

Generate Reports

Generate a structured, confidential PDF report from the investigation record. Each completed report is a fixed snapshot of that record.

The investigation record

A professional record you can stand behind

Generate a clean, neutral PDF record with an overview, methodology, participant responses, exhibits, and a time-stamped activity record. Built to be reviewed internally or shared with counsel.

The sample is a fully fictional investigation, rendered by the same engine that produces every Arvanic report. No signup required.

Built for serious work

Built for structured investigations

Every feature is designed around the realities of workplace investigations — confidentiality, neutrality, thoroughness, and a well-documented record.

Proprietary Safety System

Written responses are screened for potential safety concerns. Detected concerns create alerts for review so the Case Manager can decide what action is appropriate.

Source Confidentiality

Arvanic does not expose other participants' responses to a participant. Case Managers control the role and investigation context shown during each interview.

Time-Stamped Activity Record

Customer activity is recorded in a reviewable, time-stamped log. Customers cannot edit activity records; controlled lifecycle operations may anonymize records when investigation data is purged.

No-Login Participant Access

Participants don't need accounts. They receive a secure, time-limited invitation link that gives them direct access to their interview without creating a participant account.

AI-Assisted Gap-Spotting

AI flags whether a response may be missing detail and suggests targeted follow-up questions to help fill gaps — always in neutral, factual language, with you deciding what to ask.

Professional PDF Reports

Generate structured investigation reports as confidential PDFs. Reports include investigation details, participant summaries, interview responses, and signature blocks.

Privacy-First AI Processing

Text is sanitized before AI processing. Common identifiers, including known names, email addresses, and phone numbers, are replaced or removed where feasible. Automated sanitization cannot guarantee removal of every identifier.

Security & privacy by design

Built to protect sensitive information

Workplace investigations involve sensitive information. Arvanic's architecture includes safeguards designed to protect it.

PII Anonymization Before AI

Text is sanitized before AI processing. Common identifiers, including known names, email addresses, and phone numbers, are replaced or removed where feasible. Automated sanitization cannot guarantee removal of every identifier.

Cryptographic Token Security

Participant invitation tokens are secured with cryptographic protections — raw tokens are never stored on our systems. Tokens are time-limited, single-use, and immediately revocable by the Case Manager or when an investigation is closed.

Strict Tenant Isolation

Customer access is scoped to the user's organization. Application checks and database-level controls are designed to prevent unauthorized access to another organization's investigations and participants.

Advanced Safety Monitoring

Written participant responses are screened for potential safety concerns. Detected serious indicators stop the interview, display crisis resources, and create an alert. Automated screening may not identify every concern and does not replace emergency services or professional judgment.

Rate Limiting & Brute Force Protection

Critical endpoints are protected by rate limiting and brute force detection. Invalid access attempts are tracked and throttled automatically. The system defaults to denying access when in doubt.

Data Purge & Retention Controls

Comprehensive data lifecycle controls let Case Managers permanently delete investigation data from closed investigations when no longer needed. Audit trail integrity is preserved. Built-in safeguards prevent accidental data loss.
