How it works

A guided path from first report to a reviewable record.

Arvanic gives a small employer a practical process without turning software into the decision-maker.

One workplace complaint or factually connected course of conduct is one $79 investigation.

  1. Open the inquiry

Choose the complaint type, record the initial context, and create one organized place for the response.

  2. Invite the people involved

Send role-based interview paths to the complainant, responding party, witnesses, and anyone identified later.

  3. Develop the record

Collect written responses, exhibits, and policy materials while Arvanic identifies omissions and open factual questions for review.

  4. Review what was collected

Generate a factual synthesis and supporting record that helps the business decide what to do next.

The payoff

A factual record your business can actually review.

Arvanic brings participant accounts, exhibits, policy context, open factual questions, and a factual synthesis into one structured record.

It does not decide credibility, fault, liability, legal sufficiency, or an employment outcome.

Why Arvanic

A prompt response should not require an improvised process.

Built for employers that need structure now and want a better basis for deciding whether internal resolution or outside assistance is appropriate.

01

Begin with direction

Follow a defined workflow when the first report is incomplete and the next question is not obvious.

02

Keep the facts together

Add every related person, allegation, exhibit, and later-developed detail to the same investigation without another fee.

03

Preserve human judgment

Use AI to organize information and surface gaps while people remain responsible for every conclusion and action.

Common complaints

Purpose-built for the workplace issues smaller teams regularly face.

Harassment

Including sexual harassment and hostile conduct

Discrimination

Concerns involving protected characteristics

Retaliation

Concerns raised by reporters or participants

Policy violations

Possible departures from workplace policies

Workplace misconduct

Fraud, theft, conflicts, and other conduct

Workplace conflict

Interpersonal disputes and team dysfunction

Trust and control

AI assists with the record. It does not run the workplace.

Arvanic is designed not to score individuals, make employment decisions, or recommend employment actions. Human decision-makers remain responsible for evaluating the information and determining what action, if any, to take.

Privacy-conscious processing

Before AI processing, Arvanic replaces known participant and Case Manager names with role-based placeholders and removes common email, phone-number, and Social Security-number patterns. This reduces identifying information but does not make the text anonymous; names of unmapped people and indirect identifiers may remain.

Automated safety screening

Written responses are screened for language that may need human review. Screening can over-flag or miss language and is not an emergency, crisis, or monitoring service.

Controlled access and activity records

Case Managers authenticate to the dashboard, participants use time-limited invitation links, and relevant platform activity is time-stamped.
