Tenant Isolation
Investigation records are scoped to the authorized Case Manager and organization, with database-level safeguards designed to prevent cross-account access.
PII Reduction Before AI
Participant text is sanitized before AI analysis. Names, emails, phone numbers, and similar identifiers are replaced or removed before transmission where feasible.
Human Decision-Making
AI helps organize text, identify possible gaps, and draft summaries. It does not make credibility findings, legal conclusions, or employment decisions.
Audit Trail
Platform activity is recorded in a time-stamped audit trail so investigation records can be reviewed with a clearer chain of activity.
Data Lifecycle Controls
Closed investigation data can be purged when no longer needed. Audit integrity is preserved without retaining unnecessary personal information.
