Our Story
Every employer, regardless of size, will face workplace issues that require investigation. It is not a question of if — it is a question of when. And when that moment arrives, the strength of the employer's response often determines the outcome of everything that follows.
For large organizations with dedicated HR departments and outside counsel on retainer, investigations are a routine — if expensive — part of doing business. But for small and midsize employers, the reality is starkly different. The cost of hiring an outside investigator or law firm can be prohibitive. The delays inherent in scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and producing reports stretch timelines from days into weeks or months. And without a structured, consistent process, critical details are missed, records are incomplete, and the organization is left exposed.
Founder
Arvanic was founded by Richard, a practicing employment lawyer with nearly a decade of experience advising and representing one of the nation's largest employers. His background spans discrimination and adverse-action litigation, policy enforcement, workplace safety, and law enforcement investigations — work that placed him at the intersection of employment law and the operational realities of managing a large, complex workforce in a highly regulated environment.
From litigating hundreds of discrimination and adverse-action cases, Richard has seen time and again that cases are won or lost based upon the quality of the employer's investigation. It often comes down to what the employer knew, when they knew it, the effectiveness of their response, and the strength of their documentation.
With these considerations in mind, Richard founded Arvanic to create a fast, efficient, and effective cost filter for traditional workplace investigations. Arvanic obtains the clarity and decisional support employers need — earlier and at a lower cost than any alternative.
By identifying the scope, complexity, and relevant facts of a given investigation on the employer side, any downstream costs are compressed if the investigation is later contracted to a consultant, investigator, or attorney.
“Employers shouldn't have to choose between doing nothing and spending tens of thousands of dollars. Arvanic gives them a third option — a structured, well-documented investigation that delivers the clarity they need to make informed decisions, at a fraction of the cost and time.”

The traditional model — where employers must retain outside counsel or wait weeks for an investigator's availability — is no longer the only path forward. Arvanic represents a fundamental shift: an AI-assisted platform that delivers structured, audit-ready investigations on the employer's timeline, not the consultant's.
A ten-person company faces the same workplace issues as a ten-thousand-person enterprise — but without the budget to match. Arvanic closes that gap with a platform that delivers professional-grade investigations at a price point any employer can reach.
Every feature of the platform — from structured interview paths across six investigation types to an immutable, time-stamped audit trail — is designed to produce a complete, well-organized investigation record. Because when it matters most, the record speaks for itself.
AI assists the process, but the Case Manager controls every decision. Our built-in safety monitoring system alerts you to concerns in real time — it doesn't decide for you. Arvanic is a tool built to support professional judgment, never to replace it.
Create your account and run your first structured workplace investigation in a fraction of the time and cost of the traditional approach.
